    All pieces are hand crafted to order so please allow 1 - 2 weeks of fabrication time before your order ships. It usually wont take that long, but we would like you to be aware of the possbility. Occasionally we will have back stock of merchandise which will be noted in the item description. In-stock merchandise will ship within 5 business days. If you need something immeadiately, please get in touch. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Shipping prices are calculated in cart.   • Jewelry Care
    Gilded Lily Goods are made to last. Taking care of your pieces will make them last longer. Keeping them out of water, taking them off before sleeping and storing them properly (away from other metals) will insure this. Over time, your jewelry will develop a patina, especially when exposed to heat and humidity. The more you wear your jewelry, the less tarnished it will become because it's constantly being "polished" by contact with skin and clothing. There are many ways to polish your brass. Brasso, vinegar & salt, ketchup, lemon or you can polish your brass pieces with a clean polishing cloth or just your fingers! Or you can simply let it patina to your bodies own chemistry.
  • Repairs
    We are here for you! If your goods need repair we will do it for little to no fee. Please do not hesitate to contact us!
  • Returns & Exchanges
    Customers satisfaction is really important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to return or exchange it for you within 5 business days of recieving your goods. Items must be in their original condition with orginal packaging and invoice. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
